Compliance
We don’t have a commercial or sales director, but we do have a director of compliance
who ensures at board level that our processes and systems comply with all legal
and regulatory requirements, including best practice as set by the Claims Standards Council.
Reputability
For most financial claims and all personal injury claims, we offer a complete no
win no fee service. That means if your claim is unsuccessful you have nothing to
pay. If your claims is successful then our success fee is a fraction of what most
other companies charge. We are here to provide a service, not benefit from your
circumstances.
Transparency
We do not believe in small print or hidden charges. We don’t hide the fact that
you could make a claim yourself and not pay us a penny – we’ll even tell you how
to do this. But just as you could cook for yourself or cut your own hair, but often
choose to have an expert do it for you…
