For most types of financial claim there is no fee to be paid up front – only if we are successful on your behalf is there a success fee to be paid when your compensation has been received. Our success fee on claims greater than £5,000 is 10% - many companies charge 25% which is a difference of at least £750.

For claims of unenforceability, if your free evaluation suggests you have a good chance of succeeding then there is a fee of £195 payable to cover the cost of a full contract audit. If the audit determines you don’t have a case after all, or your case does not succeed, then we refund your fee in full (subject to our Terms & Conditions).
