No win no fee - Legal Services

Wherever possible we will undertake your case on a "no win no fee" basis. This is a common term in legal services but can be misleading as it implies if you win there will be a fee – whereas in fact the solicitor will be paid their costs by the person you won against. If you don't win, then there is still nothing to pay, so "no win no fee" cases are effectively cost free to you (the client) however they turn out.

Sometimes it is not possible to accept a case on a "no win no fee" basis due to the nature of the work undertaken. In this case, all charges will be clearly explained, with reference to typical market rates for that type of work, before we ask you to commit to anything.

You will always be given a clear window of opportunity to cancel your case should you decide it is not for you. Our customer service advisors are but a phone call away.

No win no fee – PPI

We will undertake your claim for Payment Protection Insurance on a ‘no win no fee’ basis, charging 25% + VAT upon the successful completion of your claim. Please beware any company that charges an upfront fee – we do not do this as we have the utmost confidence in our ability to recover your compensation

Please also beware inexperienced companies who have only entered the sector since PPI made the national news – we have won claims against every major bank and lender on behalf of thousands of clients like you, and settled more than £2 million of claims in the last 12 months alone. Our claims team are experienced in all the tactics used by the lenders to try and avoid paying you what you are owed in full.
